Invacare New Zealand has a wide range of rental equipment for Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and Private use. Equipment rentals are available on a daily, weekly, monthly, or long-term basis. We are committed to a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure that all rental equipment delivered to you is ready to use and reliable.

Regions Covered

Invacare Healthcare Rentals have three vans on the road, serving the greater Auckland area with the full range of rental equipment. Delivery time will depend on time of order, product and your location, but we aim for the same day or next day delivery. Delivery time will be advised at time of order. Urgent deliveries are possible on request and may incur an extra charge.

Outside greater Auckland selected products are available. Our customer services team is more than happy to advise the locations and products available. An additional delivery charge will apply.

Payment

• Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Cheque
• There is a bond on all equipment that will be refunded when the equipment and all accessories are returned in a satisfactory condition
• Equipment is charged on a daily basis with a one-week minimum rental charge
• There is a fee for home deliveries, please ask for a quote when ordering.
• Additional delivery charges for outside greater Auckland.

Delivery

• A friendly 'Patient Care Rep' can visit customers in their own home to ensure the right equipment is provided, and set up correctly for maximum independence. Delivery charge applies.
• Alternatively you can collect equipment from our premises at 4 Westfield Place, Mt Wellington, Auckland. No delivery charge.

Collection

• Call Invacare to organise collection. One of our 'Patient Care Reps' will pick up the equipment at a time that is convenient to you.
• Alternatively you can drop off equipment at our premises 4 Westfield Place, Mt Wellington, Auckland
